Sameya Pulihora

INGRIDENTS:
Sameya – 250 grms (for 3 servings)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Red chillies – 5
Green chillies – 5
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Jeera – ¼ tsp
Channa Dal – 1 tsp
Ground nuts (Fried) – 3 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Curry leave – few
Lemon – 1 big

METHOD:
Boil sameya in water and keep it aside to cool.
Take oil in Kadai and heat it. Fry Mustard seeds, jeera, channa dal, red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves. Add Turmeric power, boiled sameya and lemon juice. Sameya Pulihora is ready.
