Ingredients:
Whole Pomfret fish - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry
Method:
1. Take whole Pomfret fish and clean it from inside. Make cuts on the sides.
2. Marinate fish with all above ingredients except oil and keep it in fridge for 2 hrs.
3. Shallow fry the fish.
